About the Role
The successful candidate will work alongside a team of passionate educators to provide high-quality care and education for children from birth to five years of age.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and early childhood education programs.
- Build warm, respectful, and positive relationships with children and families.
- Support children's independence, agency, and individual interests.
- Engage children in meaningful play-based learning experiences.
- Maintain active supervision and ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
- Assist with daily routines and room operations.
- Collaborate effectively with Room Leaders, Educators, and the Leadership Team.
- Adhere to all centre policies, procedures, and child-safe practices.
