Our client is a reputable Financial Services practice, renowned for its professionalism and strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
With a national presence, the practice is seeking to appoint a Wealth Protection Adviser to provide comprehensive insurance advice to clients in person and online.
As a Wealth Adviser, you will manage a high-quality client portfolio ensuring existing insurance premiums are up to date whilst meeting with new clients.
The client base is diverse and includes individuals with personal insurance as well as SME clients with complex insurance requirements.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive structure, allowing you to focus on client retention, relationship management and growth.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Manage an existing client portfolio ensuring client retention and portfolio growth.
- Complete ongoing client reviews as per clients' requirements.
- Provide comprehensive insurance advice across Life, TPD, Trauma, Buy Sell etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including BDM's/Product Providers and Underwriters to ensure the best outcome is achieved for the client.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing professional development and compliance with continuing education requirements.
We are seeking an experienced Risk Adviser, or Financial Adviser who is passionate about risk advice, and ensuring the client has the appropriate cover.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with strong knowledge of Risk Insurance and experience in managing small to large premiums.
In addition, you will have
- Experience as a Financial Planner or Risk Adviser able to be registered as an AR.
- Completion of a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Strong technical expertise across personal and business insurance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow an existing client portfolio.
- Excellent communication with demonstrated experience in managing personal and professional relationships with high valued clients.
- Able to deliver desired outcomes.
