Whether you are an established housekeeping leader or an experienced Supervisor ready to step into management, we would love to hear from you. Lead the team that keeps paradise sparkling!

For colleagues who demonstrate strong performance and readiness for greater responsibility, there is the opportunity to develop towards an Assistant Housekeeping Manager role, subject to future vacancies.

To be successful in this full-time role, you'll have:

  • At least one year of housekeeping leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or in a similar role.
  • Experience within a hotel or resort, with luxury experience welcomed.
  • The confidence to motivate a diverse team, provide constructive feedback and address performance concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to stay organised in a busy environment.
  • A positive, practical attitude and willingness to work alongside your team.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning operational systems. Experience with HUB and Opera OMS, rostering or labour management is an advantage.

  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency or a visa with ongoing working rights suitable for this permanent position. Working Holiday visas are not suitable for this opportunity.
