The Treasury Bar & Lounge at Inter Continental Sydney seeks an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to lead on-floor service, cocktails, wine and dining, delivering a memorable luxury guest experience.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will coach a high-performing team, oversee shifts from 3:00pm to 12:00am, ensure impeccable standards, manage training, rostering and cost controls while maintaining presentation and guest relationships.
