Introduction
Shape how Groups & Events strategy comes to life across EAPAC, turning enterprise priorities into programmes that deliver meaningful commercial impact across the region. You’ll partner with senior commercial and operations leaders, hotel teams and owners to bring programmes to market, strengthen adoption and ensure they reflect regional needs. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep Groups & Events expertise with strategic influence, programme leadership and senior stakeholder engagement at regional scale.
Your day to day

- Partner with senior commercial and operations leaders, hotel owners and owner groups, bringing strong Groups & Events expertise to strategic discussions, presentations and regional priorities.
- Monitor Groups & Events performance across the region, identifying emerging risks, commercial opportunities and market insights while ensuring EAPAC priorities help inform the wider strategy.
- Lead the regional rollout and continuous improvement of Groups & Events programmes, from piloting initiatives and gathering hotel feedback to monitoring adoption and recommending changes that improve commercial impact.
- Partner with programme, marketing and enablement teams to ensure training, tools and resources support effective hotel execution, while balancing consistent standards with the flexibility needed across different EAPAC markets.
What we need from you
