About the role
Our team of support workers provide help and care to people with disabilities and older adults in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. You will be required to travel within Southern Highlands and surrounds, helping support a range of clients with different needs.
The responsibilities of the position will include but are not limited to:

- Social Support
- Transport
- Meal Preparation
About you
You are a compassionate, reliable and client-focused individual who is passionate about supporting people to live independently and achieve their goals. You enjoy building positive relationships, and take pride in delivering high-quality care, with experience working within an NDIS and Aged Care framework. You have a willingness to travel within Southern Highlands and surrounding areas to clients' homes.
You also have:
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (aged care and/or disability) or equivalent qualification preferred
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NSW Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Availability across December / January period
