  • Develop and maintain the Group's overall tax strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives, the Board-approved risk appetite and evolving regulatory settings across all three jurisdictions.
  • Advise the CFO and Executive team on the tax implications of acquisitions, divestments, financing and restructuring activity, including due diligence and post-completion integration.
  • Design, implement and maintain the Group's transfer pricing policy across intercompany transactions between the Australian, New Zealand and UK operations.
  • Own and maintain the Group's tax risk management and governance framework, consistent with the ATO's Tax Risk Management and Governance Review Guide and equivalent good-practice standards in NZ and the UK.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to non-tax specialists, Executives and the Board.
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple compliance deadlines and advisory engagements across jurisdictions and time zones.
