Intelligent Monitoring Group is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead the Group's financial planning and analysis, banking relationships, annual budget, and rolling forecast. You will oversee six-week cash flow, daily cash management, and AP/AR/payroll reporting, partnering with the CFO and Exec team to deliver actionable financial insights.
You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and covenant reporting, develop the FP&A function, and coach the FP&A Analyst, enabling strong business partnering.
