Integrated Water Management – Salisbury QLD
Integrated Water Management Group (IH2OM) P/L is an innovative Industrial Water Treatment company focussing on providing technical services, specialised chemistry, engineering and equipment solutions for our clients within the Healthcare, Government facilities, Aged Care, Food and Beverage, Agricultural and Manufacturing industries.
An opportunity has become available for a Customer Service and Administration Officer to join our small, but rapidly expanding ISO accredited company within the water treatment and chemical hygiene cleaning industries.
This role will demand someone who is enthusiastic, highly organised, detail orientated, proactive with 3+ years administration experience, who can handle themselves in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing customer orders and invoicing
- Customer / Supplier /Logistics liaison, including despatch of products from our various warehouse locations.
- Administrative management of our water treatment service division.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated, organised and driven to provide outstanding service to our clients and our organisation
- Can work autonomously and effectively in a team environment
- Strong team player
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Previous experience with ERP systems (WorkGuru experience advantageous)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Calendar management
- A friendly and approachable manner, with a can-do attitude.
- Adaptable to change
- Excellent and effective organisational and time management skills
- Available for an immediate start
