About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, trade qualified HVAC Service Technician to be part of our QLD team based at our North Lakes office.
What will I be doing:
Reporting to the QLD Manager, you will deliver high quality HVAC services including:
- Preventative maintenance, fault finding, problem solving and repairing of HVAC systems
- Commissioning of various types of air conditioning systems
- Quoting on and follow-up additional and new work
- Installing Commercial HVAC ducting systems across a variety of projects
- Installing pipework and fittings e.g. refrigerant, VRF, multi systems, heat assembly and heat recovery
- Installation of flexible duct work and fittings and other associated HVAC components
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, ensuring correct measurements are taken
- Mentoring of apprentices when onsite
- Completing and submitting of all relevant paperwork and reporting
- Ensuring awareness and practice of WHS compliance with each job
About You:
- QBCC Mechanical Service - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Occupational Licence
- Valid QLD Drivers Licence
- Construction / White Card
- Strong customer service focus and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
