Working both in a supportive team environment and independently, you will be responsible for maintaining premium clients' properties to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilizing hedge trimmers, brush cutters, and edgers to maintain clean presentation lines.
- Executing general lawn care maintenance and operating a backpack sprayer for weed control.
- Conducting regular rubbish collection, site clean-ups, and debris removal.
- Performing tasks in strict accordance with business guidelines and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) Regulations.
About you:
- Prior experience in gardening, grounds keeping, or horticulture is highly preferred.
- A valid Australian Driver's License is essential.
- Confident, safe handling of ride-on mowers, all equipment and chemical backpack sprayers.
- Punctual, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
- Great communication skills and the ability to follow specific work instructions accurately.
- Valid, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Capable of passing reference checks.
