Practice Manager – Physiotherapy Clinic | North Brisbane (Warner & Narangba)
Lead the day-to-day running of an established physiotherapy practice in North Brisbane.
Integrate PHYSIO is an established physiotherapy practice with clinics in Warner and Narangba and a team of 20+ clinicians and administration staff.
With our long-standing Operations Manager relocating interstate, we're looking for a Practice Manager with a physiotherapy clinic background to take ownership of operations from early 2027.
- WHAT'S ESSENTIAL
- Experience working in a physiotherapy clinic (practice manager, assistant practice manager, senior admin or clinic coordinator).
Applicants with experience only in GP/medical, psychology, podiatry or other non-physio settings will not be considered.
- Based in or near North Brisbane / Moreton Bay (e. g. Warner, Narangba, Strathpine, Albany Creek, Petrie, Kallangur) – you'll work across both clinics.
- Confidence with physio billing: Work Cover QLD, CTP, DVA, Medicare EPC, NDIS and health funds.
- HIGHLY REGARDED
- Experience leading or managing a team
- Coreplus or Cliniko experience
- Recruitment and onboarding experience
- A track record of improving systems and processes
THE ROLE
Working closely with the Directors, you will
- Lead and support the administration team across both clinics
- Manage rostering, leave and day-to-day workforce needs
- Monitor clinician diaries, utilisation and clinic workflow
- Oversee billing and accounts receivable, liaising with our bookkeeper and accountant
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, policies and procedures
- Coordinate suppliers and facilities, and resolve operational issues before they reach the Directors
- Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems
