Pacific Hi-Fi is seeking a proactive full-time HR Advisor to provide first-line HR support across employee relations, performance, contracts, and people processes, reporting to the CEO. You will lead onboarding/offboarding, coach managers, and assist with HRIS implementation, policy guidance, and documentation uplift.
