Apprentice Arborist

The Opportunity

• Work outdoors with experienced arborists who care about doing it right.
• You'll earn while you learn, complete your Certificate III in Arboriculture, and become part of a crew that's known for professional excellence and real integrity.
• This isn't a gig. It's the start of something solid.
• Earn from day one (award rate + increases as you develop).
• Full Certificate III training included.
• Work on diverse projects: residential, commercial, utility work.
• Genuine pathway to become a specialist climber, EWP operator, ground member or team leader with specialist mentors and support all the way.
• Monday - Friday full-time permanent role.

What You’ll Do

• You'll learn the full craft of arboriculture:
• Tree assessment: reading health, structure, and risk.
• Climbing and rigging techniques (safety first, always).
• Tree pruning, removal, and cutting.
• Equipment maintenance and care.
• Tree biology and identification.
• Soil health: mulching, fertilising, pest management.
• Safety protocols and industry standards.
• Working as part of a professional, supportive team.
