- Strong hands‑on Workato expertise across recipe development, deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, optimisation and platform operations.
- Demonstrated technical leadership capability spanning solution design, effort estimation, stakeholder engagement, mentoring and delivery governance.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and technologies, including REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, API‑led integration, event‑driven architecture, ETL and messaging frameworks.
- Experience implementing secure and resilient integrations using OAuth, API keys, encryption, secrets management, access controls and other data protection practices.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, together with experience integrating Saa S applications and working with MFT protocols such as SFTP and FTPS.
- Experience applying Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipeline design and implementation, supported by scripting skills in languages such as Python, Power Shell or Java Script.
