  • Build and support integrations between Service Now and enterprise systems using approved integration patterns and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, conduct root cause analysis and resolve defects to maintain platform stability and performance.
  • Manage platform lifecycle activities, including releases, deployments, cloning, upgrades and regression testing.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are secure, controlled and fit for purpose.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes supported by quality documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of Service Now development experience within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience across Service Now development, including ITSM and modules such as GRC, ITAM, BCM, Sec Ops, Enterprise Architecture or SPM.
  • Service Now Certified System Administrator certification, with additional Service Now certifications highly regarded.
  • Strong Java Script and Service Now scripting expertise, including Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Experience designing workflows, business rules, forms, catalog items and automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and web technologies, including REST/SOAP, HTML and CSS.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • People-inspired tech

Deep expertise combined with creativity can take on the trickiest of problems.

Join our team of brilliant minds and mentors as we explore our way to innovation and apply technology in more human ways than ever.

Applicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia, and at a minimum be required to undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment.
