About the role
Reporting to the Logistics and Inventory Manager, you will be part of a larger supportive team that guarantees the timely and precise packing and dispatch of our medications to patients and clinics. Hours of work will be on a casual basis, Monday to Friday, and will be worked at our warehouse located in Frenchs Forest.
Responsibilities include:
- Support daily warehouse operations, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed and dispatched.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming stock, while maintaining an organised warehouse environment.
- Assist with stock management, stocktakes and inventory control, including reporting low or damaged stock.
- Work closely with Pharmacy, Scheduling and Administration teams to support order fulfilment and logistics activities.
- Assist with quality checks and follow cold-chain and company procedures to maintain high standards.
- Promote a safe workplace by adhering to WHS requirements and providing general warehouse and logistics support.
Skills, experience and requirements include:
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics or order fulfilment role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- QA or QC experience highly regarded.
- Experience working in the pharmacy, health care or medical industry an advantage.
