• Administrative Support for Write-OAs/Donations
• Prepare and submit monthly approval requests for write-o As and donations, maintaining thorough records for reporting and auditing purposes.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Validation (Warehouse) — Validate warehouse invoices monthly for accuracy and compliance; resolve discrepancies with 3PL as needed.
• Invoice Validations for Transport Providers — Weekly validation of invoices from six transport providers; ensure records are accurate and processed timely.
• POD Uploads (Transport) — Weekly upload of POD documents to support record-keeping and operational integrity.
• Administrative Support for Write-OAs/Donations — Prepare and submit monthly approval requests; maintain records for reporting and auditing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in logistics, transport, or warehouse management.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in invoice processing, validation, and basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with IDOC error message management and SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional interaction with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with financial software or ERP systems.
