Innisfail Youth and Family Care Inc. seeks a Youth Homelessness Outreach Worker to join our new Youth Mobile Support Program. You will deliver outreach support and case management to young people aged 16+ who are homeless or at risk, helping them access safe housing and develop independent living skills.
Based in Innisfail, you will engage with local services, advocate for referrals, and maintain SHIP records in a trauma-informed, person-centred framework, contributing to positive long-term outcomes.
