We are looking for an experienced and passionate Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team at the Primary Processing Plant in Murarrie, QLD.
This role is based on the AM shift and is critical in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, supporting our commitment to excellence.
- Shift Time: Monday to Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM

- Daily Tasks
- Supervise the implementation of quality assurance systems and procedures.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless quality integration.
- Maintain accurate QA documentation, including reports and non-conformance records.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- You Will Bring to This Role
- Experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Previous experience in a ready-to-eat environment or poultry processing (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems related to QA processes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Quality Management, or similar (preferred).
