We’re on the lookout for a Community Manager to join our team at our new Sunbury site. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll help lead day-to-day community operations, building a strong sense of connection and belonging for residents. You’ll deliver exceptional experiences through customer-focused service and operational excellence. Sunbury offers a close-knit community feel in beautiful surrounds and easy connection to Melbourne.

In this Role, You’ll
- Deliver an outstanding resident experience, measured through satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Oversee day-to-day community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy and resident engagement
- Lead financial performance through budgeting, planning and management of P&L outcomes
- Foster a strong sense of community by delivering lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programs
- Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes
You’re Likely a Match If You
- Bring experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care or community settings
- Are confident leading day-to-day operations while balancing competing priorities
- Have experience managing budgets, P&L performance or commercial outcomes
- Handle challenging or emotionally charged situations with empathy, professionalism and clear boundaries
- Are a visible, hands-on leader who enjoys being the go-to person for residents, teams and stakeholders
