We're on the lookout for a Community Manager to join our team at our Dubbo Gardens site. Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the Gardens Community, ensuring a safe, welcoming and connected environment while delivering exceptional personalised services to residents. In this Role, You'll
- Deliver a consistently high resident experience by leading day-to-day community operations, resident engagement, events and wellbeing initiatives.
- Manage community performance, including occupancy, presentation, asset upgrades, safety compliance, and P&L outcomes.
- Lead and support a high-performing team and contractors, fostering strong relationships with residents, families and key internal stakeholders.
