We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team and take ownership of site operations across a range of civil and bulk earthworks projects. This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor who wants more than just ticking boxes; you’ll have genuine responsibility for your sites, work closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team, and play a key role in successful project delivery.
The Role
- Take charge of the day-to-day running of your site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program.
- Manage day-to-day site operations across civil and bulk earthworks projects.
- Supervise site crews, subcontractors and plant.
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and resources.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program.
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Monitor quality and project requirements.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and subcontractors.
- Identify and resolve issues on site.
- Maintain site records, documentation and reporting.
- Ensure WHS and environmental requirements are met.
About You
- We’re looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with proven experience supervising civil and bulk earthworks projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methodology and site operations.
- Experience managing crews, subcontractors and plant.
- Ability to read plans and understand project specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A hands-on, practical approach.
- Relevant tickets/licences and White Card.
- Full Australian working rights.
