InfraBuild's ARC division in Hemmant, Brisbane, is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing and logistics, reporting to the Operations Manager. The role is based at our Hemmant site with Monday to Friday 1:00pm–9:00pm shifts and a 15% afternoon shift allowance.
You will lead production staff, drive a strong safety culture, manage KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations, while identifying continuous improvement opportunities for site
