- Roles and Responsibilities
- Design elaboration and documentation.
- Salesforce design detailing – capturing design implementation notes against user stories/requirements for build purposes.
- Actively engage with architecture/solution teams on design reviews, key design decisions.
- Well versed with agile delivery methodology.
- Tools – Jira, Confluence.
- Telecom domain – BSS-OSS know-how, Telco Consumer Products and Ordering flows.
Salesforce skills (Proficient) – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Industries (erstwhile Vlocity).
