The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Hobart, is seeking a hands-on Pastry Cook to support daily pastry operations across our outlets and events. You will prepare desserts, pastries, and baked goods, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency in line with hotel standards.
As part of the pastry team, you will assist with mise en place, stock, and adherence to food safety, while collaborating with the wider kitchen and F&B teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
