You will own the settlement pipeline from ~90 days out to completion, coordinating brokers, conveyancers, solicitors and internal finance teams to prevent delays and ensure accurate, on‐time settlements.
You'll apply end‐to‐end mortgage knowledge, challenge timelines, and escalate risks proactively while maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.
