The role involves providing participant-centred supports that are safe, respectful, and aligned with individual support plans. • Follow the NDIS Code of Conduct, including privacy, dignity, respect, and professional boundaries
  • Follow incident escalation and reporting requirements and participate in incident management processes
  • Where restrictive practices exist, only implement them as authorised and directed under relevant plans and governance processes
  • Complete and maintain mandatory training, including the NDIS Worker Orientation Module ('Quality, Safety and You')
