An exciting opportunity for a General Foreman to join us on a live project in Sydney to work alongside an existing team. We are looking for someone who is willing to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
As the General Foreman you will possess strong communication skills as you will be working alongside a team of high performing professionals in particular, the Site and Project Manager.
A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:
- Minimum of 7 years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor as a Foreperson.
- Strong understanding of structural construction techniques, materials, and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and plans.
- Experience in managing a team of workers, with a focus on teamwork, motivation, and safety.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and relevant regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Construction certifications.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
