Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead for our esteemed Large Federal Government Client. This is an ASAP start for a contract until 31 Dec 2025, with further extensions!
About the Role:
As the Agile Transformation Lead (ATL) you will be responsible for and will drive the implementation and maturation of a major Programme's transition to Agile development.
Main responsibilities include:
- Agile training, mentoring and coaching to existing and new Programme staff.
- Create metrics to measure Agile maturity and provide reporting and monitoring against these metrics.
- Assistance to the management of the PI Planning process, including Product Governance Forums and provision of relevant reporting and documentation to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide the Agile implementation to improve the ART's workflow, ensuring work flows toward delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide business continuity support to the Programme.
Essential criteria:
- Experience in Australian Federal Government program and project management (Agile methodology).
- The ability to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
- SAFe 6.0 Certified.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Agile Product Delivery.
- At least 5+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in information technology project team management.
- Agile coaching or Enterprise coaching certification.
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams and leaders to achieve results.
- Experience in delivering training courses.
