Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Personal Care and Services Concierge for our Knoxfield Care Home, Melbourne region. This permanent full-time role reports to the General Manager and supports residents from onboarding through ongoing care, coordinating with clinical, admissions and finance teams to deliver exceptional service.
You will handle enquiries, conduct tours, and assist families during transitions, using CRM tools and other systems to deliver a memorable resident experience and care.
