Infinite Aged Care Cornubia is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to join our supportive team. Work Monday to Friday with 2:00pm–10:00pm shifts, contributing to resident care, clinical excellence, and team development.
You will lead clinical care, oversee care plans, mentor nursing and care staff, and collaborate with GPs, allied health and hospitals to ensure high-quality, compliant care in a not-for-profit setting.
