Infinite Aged Care Christies Beach is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to lead the clinical care team and mentor RNs, ENs and PCWs. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on resident-centric care, care planning, and best-practice governance in a coastal SA facility.
This full-time position requires current AHPRA registration, 1+ year leadership experience in aged care, and a collaborative, proactive approach to multidisciplinary care and continuous improvement.
