Industry Electrical and Solar is growing fast, and a new opportunity has opened up within our expanding high-performance sales team.
We're looking for an exceptional, experienced Solar & Battery Sales Expert who knows the industry back to front, consistently delivers results and wants to grow with an ambitious, technology-driven company.
Minimum 4 years' direct solar and battery sales experience is mandatory.

- $150K–$350K annual OTE with uncapped earning potential.
- 50% of standard residential commission paid upon signing and deposit, with the balance and applicable overs paid on installation.

Your Role
You'll conduct professional phone and onsite consultations, analyse customer energy requirements, design and present tailored solar and battery solutions, manage customer relationships and confidently close high-value residential and commercial sales.
You'll work alongside our internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional advice, professional installations and long-term support.
Who We're Looking For
- 4+ years' proven solar and battery sales experience.
- Exceptional technical knowledge of solar panels, batteries, hybrid inverters, system design and backup solutions.
- A demonstrated history of consistently achieving strong sales results.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Confidence conducting both phone and onsite consultations.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, solar design and quoting software.
- A competitive, accountable mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
