Industrial Conveying Australia is seeking experienced Fitters, Fabricators, Boilermakers, Machinists and other like trades to join our expanding team.
We deliver a diverse range of projects across materials handling, specialised machinery, automation, fabrication, machining, installation and maintenance.
Depending on your skills, experience and personal preferences, your role can be structured around:
- Predominantly factory-based work
- Predominantly site-based installation and maintenance work
- A tailored combination of factory and site work

Our team has access to an impressive range of CNC machining, manual machining, laser cutting, press brake, fabrication, blasting and painting equipment.
This allows our tradespeople to work across complete projects, from raw material and component manufacture through to finished and assembled equipment.

The Role
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Fabricating, welding, fitting and assembling steel components
- Manufacturing conveyor systems, machinery and specialised equipment
- Operating CNC or manual machining equipment
- Manufacturing precision components for machinery, automation and customer projects
- Installing and commissioning equipment on customer sites
- Completing maintenance, repairs and equipment modifications
- Fitting hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Working with supervisors, project managers and engineers
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and quality
What You Bring
- Certificate III in a relevant engineering or mechanical trade
- Experience as a fitter, fabricator, boilermaker, machinist or similar trade
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A positive, practical and reliable approach
- Commitment to quality and workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High Risk Work Licences, construction industry experience, CNC machining experience and site installation experience are highly regarded, but are not essential for every position.
