The Role:

• Deliver high level of customer service when working on the shop floor, fitting room and/or cashier desk.
• Monitor daily product replenishment and maintain a high level of image standards in store.
• Analyse sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise.
• Create, propose and execute commercial floor changes based on sales analysis and current trends.
• Greet and interact with all customers and provide assistance as required.
• Conduct competitor analysis and product feedback.
• Support the other store functions as required.

About You:

• 1 or more years Visual Merchandising experience within the retail industry OR a Visual Merchandising qualification.
• Appreciation for fashion & product.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Ability to problem solve and think on your feet in a busy environment.
• Positive can-do attitude and ability to work as a team.
• Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team.
• Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends.
