The predicted salary is between 49500 - 60500 $ per year.
We're looking for a qualified carpenter to join our building crew full time. You'll work across maintenance and repair work on residential and commercial properties, domestic builds, renovations and extensions – framing, fit-out, decks, pergolas, cladding and finishing, commercial new builds – structural framing, fit-out and finishing on council, government and community projects, and commercial bits and pieces – fit-outs, minor works, make-safes and repairs.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair work on residential and commercial properties
- Domestic builds, renovations and extensions – framing, fit-out, decks, pergolas, cladding and finishing
- Commercial new builds – structural framing, fit-out and finishing on council, government and community projects
- Commercial bits and pieces – fit-outs, minor works, make-safes and repairs
- Take jobs from start to finish
- Work alongside plumbers, electricians and civil crew
- Deal directly with clients on site
About you:
- Confident across maintenance, domestic and commercial new-build work
- Current driver's licence and White Card
- Your own hand and power tools
- Able to read plans, set out and work unsupervised
- Good communication – you'll be the face of IPM on a lot of jobs
- Reliable, safety-focused and happy to muck in across other trades when needed
