Indigenous Business Australia is seeking a People Business Partner to provide expert HR advice across employee relations, workplace health and safety, compliance and workforce initiatives, partnering with leaders to manage complex people matters and align with the organisation's objectives.
You will support rehabilitation, return-to-work and workers compensation case management, develop policies, advise on workplace relations and enterprise bargaining, and lead a small team within the People.
