We seek a Full-Time Sales Administrator to provide support to our growingteam in Virginia.
This is a fast paced but very rewarding role, that will require you to work efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities will include
- Processing & monitoring trials
- Processing & coordinating orders
- Point of contact for customers
- Providing Customer Service to all ILS customers as required
- Following up funding approval against open quotes
- Monitoring Open Orders
- Facilitate the quoting, rental and sale of products.
- Identify and facilitate referrals to other internal departments.
- Answer customer calls and resolve issues in a timely andeffective manner.
- Use Service Management Systemto log, update, follow-up, close and archive customer requests.
