Bolt + Buckle is a growing men's lifestyle brand known for creating a relaxed shopping experience and for quality fashion, gifts, and leather products for men. Our mission is to support men in “crafting their story” - their look, their style, and to create a great shopping experience. We recently opened our 3rd store in Alstonville, adding to our Brisbane and Murwillumbah locations.
“Indepal” (our leather goods brand) started at markets 14 years ago and has evolved into a men's fashion and gifting store holding diverse brands such as John Lennon shirts, Industrie, Mr Simple, Bugatti, Ferricini shoes, Brixton, Will & Bear, Trufitt & Hill, local brand Calvert, and many more.
Your new role
We are looking for someone to work across both Murwillumbah and Alstonville stores. The majority of the 3 days a week will be in Alstonville. You will enjoy the client base we attract, be part of a team passionate about the brand and customer experience, and have the opportunity to display your creative skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Retail assistant 3 days a week with some flexibility (will include some weekend work)
- Support the team in excelling in customer experience
- Stock management, receiving and transferring goods, labelling
- Support with visual merchandising
- Collaborating with owners and other stores
What you'll need to succeed:

- A love for meeting people, enjoying conversation, and providing the ultimate customer experience
- An attention to detail and organised approach
- A solid understanding of the retail environment
- A good balance of enjoying working in a team and independently
