In Vitro Technologies is seeking an experienced National Service Administration Manager to lead our service administration across Australia and New Zealand. You will oversee a multi-location team, ensuring service delivery meets SLAs, with a focus on customer satisfaction and accurate scheduling, invoicing, warranties, and contract reporting.
You will drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and partner with Technical Service, Sales and leadership to shape national service strategy.
