In Sync Therapy Hub | Brisbane | Full-Time or Part-Time

Passionate about Ayres Sensory Integration®? Love working with children and families? Ready to share your experience and help other therapists grow?

At In Sync Therapy Hub, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our wonderful team.

We are a well-established, Ayres Sensory Integration® (ASI)-focused paediatric therapy service, with beautiful, purpose-designed clinics that encourage children to explore, play, connect and develop. Our clinics offer engaging sensory-motor spaces, specialist therapy equipment and welcoming environments for the children and families we support.

We have a diverse, international team of passionate clinicians who bring different experiences, perspectives and clinical strengths. What brings us together is a shared commitment to providing meaningful, family-centred therapy and making a genuine difference in children's lives.

We believe therapy is about more than what happens within the clinic walls. It's about understanding each child, building relationships with families and working collaboratively with the people who matter in their lives.

The Opportunity

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced paediatric OT who loves clinical work, is passionate about ASI and enjoys helping other therapists develop their confidence and skills.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with a rewarding paediatric caseload in our purpose-designed sensory integration clinics.
  • Deliver evidence-informed, ASI-focused therapy that supports children's participation in everyday life.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, schools and educators.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists.
  • Provide peer coaching, mentoring and guidance to developing therapists.
  • Contribute to clinical discussions, reflective practice and the ongoing development of our OT services.
  • Continue developing your own clinical expertise and specialist interests.

This is a role where you can continue doing the clinical work you love while contributing to the growth and development of others.

About You

We would love to meet you if you:

  • Are an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with strong paediatric experience.
  • Have completed formal Ayres Sensory Integration® training or are currently undertaking ASI training.
  • Are passionate about sensory integration, child development and family-centred practice.
  • Enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting other clinicians.
  • Value multidisciplinary collaboration and working closely with families and schools.
  • Bring warmth, initiative and strong clinical reasoning to your work.

Why Join In Sync?

At In Sync, we are proud of the supportive, welcoming and collaborative environment we have created.

We offer:

  • Beautiful, purpose-designed sensory integration clinics with specialist equipment.
  • A diverse, experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team.
  • A strong ASI-focused clinical approach.
  • Opportunities for peer coaching, mentoring and clinical leadership.
  • Ongoing professional development and specialist ASI training support.
  • Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities.
  • Competitive senior remuneration aligned with experience and responsibilities.
  • A clear clinical career progression pathway.
  • Opportunities to develop specialist clinical interests.
  • Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate who is currently in Australia

Come and Meet Us!

We know that finding the right workplace is about more than a job description. It's about finding a team where you feel supported, your experience is valued and you can continue to grow.
