As Supply Chain Officer, you'll keep materials coming in and orders going out, so Production has what it needs and customers get their orders on time. You will support day-to-day procurement, inbound freight and customs, order entry, and pick, pack and dispatch. You will work closely with Production, Sales and our Supply Chain & S&OP Coordinator to align purchasing, inventory, production priorities and customer orders. No two days are the same: you'll move between suppliers, the warehouse floor and our systems.

Key responsibilities

Raise and maintain supplier purchase orders in Unleashed and Xero

Replenish stock within the safety stock and reorder points set by the Supply Chain Manager

Manage routine supplier communication and follow up overdue and upcoming orders

Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs brokers

Apply Incoterms correctly on purchase and sales orders, and manage the documents, duties and responsibilities that follow from them

Receive goods, carry out incoming quality checks and record receipts promptly and accurately in Unleashed

Enter and maintain customer sales orders in Unleashed, including splitting orders where shipments are staggered

Pick, quality check, pack and dispatch customer orders, including occasional manual handling

Keep open purchase order and sales order reporting current and supply order, dispatch and supplier delivery data for DIFOT, backorder and S&OP reporting

Follow and help improve Supply Chain SOPs as the business grows, in line with ISO 9001 rollout

About you

At least 3 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or warehouse operations

Strong working knowledge of Incoterms 2020, import and export processes, and working with freight forwarders and customs brokers

Hands‑on purchasing experience: raising POs, expediting suppliers and managing lead times

Hands‑on warehouse experience: receiving, picking, packing and dispatching, and comfortable with manual handling

Experience using an ERP or inventory system to manage stock and orders, and good Excel skills

Desirable: Experience in medical devices or another regulated manufacturing environment

Desirable: Exposure to ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 quality systems
