Impact Assessment is seeking a Head of Product to ensure schools can implement and use the platform confidently, while driving improvements for reliability and ease of use. You will work with Smartgrade and our curriculum and assessment team to translate school needs into practical technical solutions and product development.
Responsibilities include onboarding, supporting schools, and guiding development priorities while balancing deadlines and customer satisfaction.
