Senior Hairdresser at Woohoo in Maitland

Senior Hairdresser | 4 Day Week | Flexible Hours | Great Money Without the Headache

Let's be honest.

Have you spent the last few years renting a chair or working for yourself only to realise that chasing invoices, paying tax, covering your own sick days and never actually taking a holiday isn't quite the dream you imagined?

Or maybe you're still in a salon but you're over six-day weeks and feeling like just another number.

If you're an experienced stylist who loves doing great hair but wants a better work-life balance, we should talk.

At Woohoo Salon, we're looking for a Senior Hairdresser to join our team. We're not interested in filling a chair—we're looking for someone who genuinely loves what they do and wants to work somewhere that values them.

What's in it for you?

• A 4 day roster (because life exists outside of work)
• Attractive commission structure with excellent earning potential
• Flexible hours for the right candidate
• Paid annual leave and sick leave (remember those?)
• Regular, reliable pay every week
• Ongoing education and training
• A beautiful, busy salon with an established clientele
• A supportive, drama-free team culture
• No need to bring a client list (although we'd love it if you do!)

Who are we looking for?

Someone who:

• Has solid salon experience and is confident behind the chair
• Loves creating beautiful hair and building genuine client relationships
• Wants flexibility without sacrificing income
• Values being part of a positive, professional team
• Can laugh, have fun and doesn't take themselves
