IKEA Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Country Replenishment & Inventory Leader to drive replenishment and inventory performance across the fulfilment network in Australia and New Zealand. You will work with commercial, supply chain, and fulfilment teams to maximise product availability and optimise stock levels.
Based in Tempe NSW with a minimum of three days on-site, you will lead data-driven initiatives, influence stakeholders, and push continuous improvement to balance availability and cost.
