Lead, coach, and develop Cruise Product Managers and Product Coordinators, ensuring priorities, deadlines, and deliverables are achieved.
Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture through ongoing support, capability development, and performance management.
Establish and optimise team workflows, processes, and operating rhythms to improve efficiency, accountability, and delivery outcomes.
Oversee product distribution and campaign execution, ensuring EDMs, press activity, and campaign deadlines are consistently met.
Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Aftersales teams to identify challenges, remove barriers, and improve business outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions across the Cruise Product function.
Maintain operational excellence by ensuring product accuracy, process consistency, documentation standards, and delivery quality across all platforms.

Who you are:
- Proven experience leading, coaching, or mentoring teams within a product, cruise, travel, or tourism environment.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build engagement, accountability, and high performance.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and workflow management skills with a focus on operational efficiency and delivery excellence.
- Experience developing, implementing, and improving processes that drive team performance and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple business functions.
