Grocery Manager/ Grocery Filler in Melbourne

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Grocery Filler to join our supermarket team.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish grocery shelves and ensure products are fully stocked

• Maintain neat, clean and well-presented shelves at all times

• Rotate stock and check product dates regularly

• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation procedures

• Check pricing, ticketing and product displays

• Ensure promotional displays are correctly set up and maintained

• Assist with receiving, unpacking and storing stock

• Keep aisles, shelves and back-of-house areas clean and organised

• Assist customers with product enquiries when required

• Report damaged, missing or low-stock items to the supervisor

• Follow all store procedures, workplace health and safety requirements

• Work effectively as part of a team

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual

• Hardworking and physically capable of lifting and moving stock

• Well organised and able to work efficiently

• Friendly and customer-focused

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Has a strong attention to detail

• Takes pride in maintaining high standards of presentation

• Flexible with availability, including weekends and early starts

• Previous supermarket or grocery experience is preferred but not essential
