IGA Bilgola Plateau is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our supermarket business. This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring efficient store performance, strong financial outcomes, and high standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision and workflow coordination.
- Plan and organise store operations to meet sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, margins, wages, and expenses.
- Control inventory levels, stock ordering, and stock presentation to maximise sales.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and company policies.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including rostering and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
- Implement promotional and merchandising strategies to drive sales.
- Liaise with suppliers and ensure efficient procurement and stock replenishment.
