IFYS is offering an exciting opportunity for four experienced Youth Workers to join the Youth Engagement & Linkage Service across the Gympie and Sunshine Coast Hinterland regions.
You will engage with at-risk young people, provide referrals, brief interventions and case management for issues like mental health, homelessness, and family breakdown.
The role includes outreach activities to reduce vulnerability and improve access to support services.
